The Hammocks at Fairview

One of our notable projects was our subcontracted work at The Hammocks at Fairview, a new housing development located at 5885 Bluestone Drive in Fairview, PA. Spanning across 26 acres, this project involved comprehensive site preparation and utility installation to support the construction of 21 apartment complexes and an office building.

Our work included tree clearing, full-service installation of water, sewer, and storm systems, and building pads for each structure. We also handled road and sidewalk preparation, backfilling against foundations, and topsoiling to bring the site to final grade. In addition, we built two ponds, assisted with trenching for electric and gas companies, and coordinated with other contractors to keep the project moving forward.

This project required a wide range of services from start to finish, The Hammocks at Fairview stands as a strong example of our ability to manage and execute complex sitework packages from start to finish. With extensive coordination across multiple contractors and utility providers, our team ensured that the development’s infrastructure was completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard.
