Widget Financial - ITM Canopy

Showman Excavating completed the demolition and site preparation for the Widget Financial project on West 26th Street. The initial phase of the project involved the complete removal of the existing building to clear the footprint for the new facility. Our team performed the controlled demolition and debris removal, ensuring the site was properly cleared for all subsequent civil work.

A significant portion of the scope included site grading and the installation of a new storm sewer system, featuring specific downspout connections to handle the property's drainage requirements. Following the underground utility work, we focused on the preparation of the site's surfaces. This included the installation of new concrete curbing and the precise preparation of the sub-base for the parking lot and drive aisles. Our work ensured the foundation was stabilized and graded to the correct elevations before the asphalt was applied by others.

The final stage of the site work involved getting the designated area ready for the installation of an Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) canopy. We handled the necessary site prep and grading to accommodate the new structure. By managing the demolition, drainage infrastructure, and sub-base preparation, Showman Excavating established the essential groundwork required for the next phase of construction on West 26th Street.
