Showman Excavating is performing site preparation and utility improvements at the McInnes Rolled Rings facility to support a planned building addition and associated site upgrades. The scope of work includes clearing and preparing the designated expansion area, grading the site, and placing excess fill to achieve required elevations and stable subgrade conditions.

As part of the improvements, Showman Excavating is preparing the subgrade for a new paved parking lot and driveway to enhance site access and traffic flow. The project also involves the removal and replacement of existing stormwater infrastructure, including demolition of outdated catch basins and storm piping, followed by installation of new stormwater systems designed to meet current drainage requirements.

In addition, the project includes installation of new water lines and fire hydrants to support the facility expansion and improve site utility service. All work is being performed in accordance with project plans and specifications to ensure proper drainage, structural integrity, and long-term site performance.
