Showman Excavating will manage the site preparation and infrastructure improvements for the upcoming expansion of the parking lot and playground area at the Asbury Child Development Center. The project will begin with the saw-cutting of the existing asphalt lot to facilitate a clean tie-in for the new additions. Our team will perform the necessary earthwork and ground stabilization to ensure the expanded footprint is properly prepared for the new parking surfaces and playground equipment.

A key component of the planned scope is the installation of a new stormwater management system. This will include the placement of six catch basins designed to handle surface runoff for the expanded area. Additionally, we will install an underground stone trench to provide necessary water storage and infiltration, ensuring the long-term stability and drainage of the site.

As the project nears completion, the area will be graded and readied for its final finishes. To enhance the site’s environment and aesthetics, Showman Excavating will also be responsible for planting several trees around the perimeter of the new parking lot. By coordinating the demolition, utility work, and final landscaping preparation, we will provide a complete foundation for the center's expanded facilities.
