Preparing complete cost estimates from owner plans and specifications
Assisting in the conversion of a successful estimate to the company's job cost system
Participating in subsequent subcontractor and supplier negotiations/solicitations
Administration of project submittals, designs, budgets, costing, scheduling, force accounts, change orders, etc.
Skills & Qualifications
Field operation experience and knowledge of InSite and B2W software is a plus.
Individual must be self-motivated, possess strong communication/interpersonal skills and be confident in his/her ability to develop and manage the entire estimating and construction function.
